Every item we produce is made on demand, specifically for you. Because of this, orders follow a short production phase before shipping.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  1. A shipping confirmation
  2. A tracking number
  3. A link to track your package in real time

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Order Status Timeline

1. Order Placed

Your order has been successfully received and is queued for production.

2. In Production

Your item is being custom printed based on the size, color, and design you selected.

  • Production time typically takes 2–5 business days

3. Shipped

Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you.

  • Tracking information will be emailed at this stage

4. Delivered

Your order has arrived. If there are any issues, please review the section below.

Haven’t Received Tracking Yet?

If your order was placed recently, it may still be in production.

If:

  • It has been more than 5 business days, and
  • You have not received a shipping confirmation

Please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivered but Something’s Not Right?

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
