Return Policy

Because all ButterflyVillain products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Each item is custom-produced specifically for you based on the options selected at checkout.

Eligible Returns

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly fulfilled

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit preferences
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care or washing
