Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only when a product is confirmed to be:

• Defective
• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrectly produced or fulfilled

Once verified, we will offer either:

• A replacement at no cost, or
• A refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originated on our end.
